Cowboys & Aliens is a four-piece stoner rock band from Bruges, Belgium. Formed in 1996, they released 4 full studio albums
before falling into hiatus in 2006. The band reunited with the original lineup in 2011 with a brand new EP: “Sandpaper Blues Knockout" followed up in 2014 with: “Surrounded by Enemies”.
New album "Horses Of Rebellion" is set for March 2019 to be released on POLDERRECORDS.

As amazing as their first album was (Father of Time), this one is even better. Gnome produces genius-level guitar work and you've got to hear it! They claim they're on a quest for the golden riff, but if they haven't already reached it and gone on to look for platinum, my ears must be deceiving me.

Recently discovered this band. IF their back catalogue, is as great as this I'll be adding them to my collection. To my ears they sound like someone has blended early black sabbath with led zepplin's bluesier albums. A much welcome trip to the 70s hard blues heavy metal.
